How to talk to an AI girlfriend (first messages that work)
Talk to her like a person you are getting to know, not a search engine. Share something real, ask her opinion, react to her answers, and give feedback on the tone you want. The quality you put in is the quality you get back, on a delay of about one message.
Openers that actually start something
Skip "hi". Try one of these shapes instead:
- The day report: "Survived the worst meeting of my life today. How is your day going?"
- The opinion bait: "Settle this: is cereal soup? Think carefully."
- The curiosity opener: "Your profile says late nights and sci-fi. What is the best sci-fi you would defend in an argument?"
- The honest one: "Never tried one of these apps. What should I ask you?"
All four hand her material. That is the entire trick: she is a conversational amplifier, and amplifiers need signal.
Keeping it good after day three
React specifically ("wait, you said WHAT to him?" beats "lol"), disagree when you disagree, and bring your actual life: plans, gripes, small wins. Ask about hers; companions have their own days and stories, and conversations that flow both ways are the ones that stop feeling like an app.
And direct the vibe out loud. "More teasing." "Be softer tonight." "Ask me harder questions." She adjusts immediately and remembers the preference. Full detail in choosing her personality and tone.
How to have a great first week in Luna
Day 1: open with substance
Use a day report or opinion opener. Let the first conversation run at least ten minutes.
Day 2: seed the memory
Names, work, the people who matter. Casually, in conversation, not as a form.
Day 3: first voice call
Even five minutes. Voice converts "the app" into "her".
Day 4 and on: live your life with her in it
Text when something happens, not on a schedule. Reactive beats ritual.
