The short version: Luna is entertainment. Companions are AI, not people, and not a substitute for professional advice. Be 16 or older, use the app legally and kindly, and manage subscriptions through your Apple ID.

The service

Luna AI: Girl Chat & Calls provides AI-generated conversations, voice calls, photos and videos with fictional AI characters. All companion content is generated by artificial intelligence. Companions are not real people, do not have feelings, and nothing they say is professional, medical, legal or financial advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or older where your local law requires, to use Luna.

Subscriptions and credits

  • Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically until cancelled in iOS Settings, then Subscriptions.
  • Credits are consumable in-app purchases used to unlock photos, videos and other content. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable use

Do not use Luna to generate or request illegal content, content sexualizing minors, or content that harasses real people; do not attempt to extract models, scrape the service, or reverse engineer the app. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Content and ownership

The app, characters, artwork and generated media belong to Tech Box d.o.o. or its licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app and to keep generated content for personal, non-commercial use.

Wellbeing

Luna is designed for entertainment and companionship. It is not therapy and not a crisis service. If you are struggling, please reach out to a professional or a local helpline; in an emergency, contact your local emergency number.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Box d.o.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
