The short version: your conversations are used to run the service (the AI has to read messages to reply), not to build advertising profiles. We do not sell your personal data. There is no public profile and other users never see your chats. You can delete your account and data at any time.

Who we are

Luna AI: Girl Chat & Calls ("Luna", "the app") is operated by Tech Box d.o.o. ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Luna iOS app and the getaigirl.com website.

What we collect

  • Account data: the identifier created when you sign up (such as your Apple ID token) and settings like language and chosen companions.
  • Conversation data: messages and voice call audio are processed to generate replies. Processing happens on secured servers; conversations are linked to your account, not to your real-world identity.
  • Purchase data: subscriptions and credit purchases are processed by Apple. We receive confirmation of the purchase, never your card details.
  • Usage data: basic analytics such as crashes, feature usage and session length, used to improve the app.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • We do not show your conversations, name or photos to other users.
  • We do not send you marketing from third parties.

AI processing

Replies, voices, photos and videos in Luna are generated by artificial intelligence. Messages you send are processed by our AI providers under data processing agreements to generate responses and to keep your companion's memory working. Companions are not real people, and the app does not claim otherwise.

Retention and deletion

Conversation history is kept so your companion can remember you. You can clear conversations or delete your account inside the app (Settings, then Delete account) or by emailing [email protected]. Deletion removes your account data from production systems within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to processing. Contact [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Age requirement

Luna is rated 16+ and is not directed at children. Do not use the app if you are under 16, or under the age required by your country. We delete accounts we discover to belong to underage users.

Changes

We will post any material changes to this policy on this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
