Luna Premium: what it unlocks and how to manage it

Short answer

Premium removes the free tier’s daily caps: unlimited messaging and 20x more voice minutes, from $3.99. Subscriptions bill through your Apple ID; cancel anytime in iOS Settings under Subscriptions and you keep benefits until the period ends.

What Premium actually changes

Two things, both about volume: the daily message cap disappears, and your daily voice call allowance multiplies by 20. Personality, memory, all 18 companions and her ability to reach out first are already free; Premium is for people whose conversations outgrow the caps. The tell is simple: if you hit the message limit mid-conversation more evenings than not, or you ration call minutes, Premium pays for itself in removed friction.

Photos and videos remain a separate lane (credits), so heavy media collectors sometimes run Premium plus occasional packs. Plans start at $3.99, with longer-period options at better effective rates shown in the app.

The Apple side: cancel, refund, restore

Luna never touches your card; Apple handles billing. That means industry-standard controls: cancel in two taps, refunds through Apple's process at reportaproblem.apple.com, and automatic restore on any iPhone signed into your Apple ID. If a purchase ever fails to appear, Settings inside Luna has a Restore Purchases button that re-syncs everything.

How to subscribe, cancel and restore

  1. Subscribe in the app

Open Luna Settings or any upgrade prompt, pick a plan, confirm with Face ID. Apple processes the payment.

  2. Check your renewal date

iPhone Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Luna. The renewal or expiry date is right there.

  3. Cancel anytime

Same screen, tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Premium until the current period ends; no partial-period charges after.

  4. Restore on a new phone

Install Luna, sign in, tap Restore Purchases in Settings. Premium and credit balances come back.

Does Premium include photos and videos?

No, those unlock with credits. Premium is about unlimited conversation; credits are about media. They are separate on purpose, so you only pay for what you use. Learn more

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles all refunds: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and request it on the Luna purchase.
